Refund & Cancellation Policy

Company: Heritage Unity Group (operating as IC Unity, www.icunity.com)
Scope: This Policy applies to all clients, accounts, deposits, trades, and promotional activities conducted on IC Unity’s platform.
1. Definitions
1.1 Client – Any individual or entity registered with IC Unity who utilizes the platform services.
1.2 Refund – The return of funds deposited or credited to a Client account.
1.3 Bonus / Promotional Funds – Any credit, incentive, or reward provided by IC Unity subject to specific terms and conditions.
1.4 Compliance Review – The internal assessment process conducted to verify adherence to the Client Agreement, Terms & Conditions, AML/KYC obligations, and anti-fraud measures.
1.5 System Approval – Verification and authorization process executed through IC Unity’s internal systems.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Refunds are considered only for clients in good standing and are subject to full compliance with the Terms & Conditions and Client Agreement.
2.2 Refunds will not be approved where:
2.2.1 There is evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or improper trading activity.
2.2.2 There is a violation of bonus or promotional rules.
2.2.3 Misrepresentation, misleading conduct, or breach of contractual obligations is identified.
2.3 All refund requests are subject to Compliance Review as outlined in clause 5.
3. Refund Request Submission & Approval
3.1 All refund requests must be submitted through official IC Unity channels, including customer support portals or official email communication as listed on www.icunity.com.
3.2 Refund requests are subject to System Approval, which may take up to 24 hours from the time of submission.
3.3 Approval under clause 3.2 does not guarantee execution. Funds will only be released following successful completion of the Compliance Review described in clause 5.
4. Refund Processing & Method
4.1 Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the procedures of financial institutions, payment providers, and jurisdictional requirements.
4.2 Refunds will be issued according to the following priority hierarchy:
4.2.1 Original deposit method (credit card, debit card, e-wallet, or similar).
4.2.2 Bank wire transfer, if the original deposit method is unavailable.
4.2.3 Cryptocurrency transfer, subject to successful AML/KYC verification.
4.3 IC Unity reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation prior to executing refunds through alternative payment methods.
5. Compliance Review
5.1 All refund requests undergo a formal Compliance Review to ensure:
5.1.1 Adherence to the Terms & Conditions and Client Agreement.
5.1.2 Compliance with AML/KYC obligations.
5.1.3 Absence of prohibited, abusive, manipulative, or improper trading behavior.
5.1.4 Proper usage of bonus or promotional funds.
5.2 Refunds may be delayed, partially approved, or denied based on findings arising from the Compliance Review.
5.3 Accounts under Compliance Review may remain restricted from withdrawals or bonus redemption until the review process is fully completed.
6. Bonus & Promotional Funds
6.1 Bonus or promotional funds are governed by their respective terms and conditions.
6.2 Any breach of bonus conditions may result in:
6.2.1 Forfeiture of bonus or promotional funds.
6.2.2 Adjustment or recalculation of trading results.
6.2.3 Denial or reduction of refund claims.
7. Service Cancellation
7.1 Clients may request cancellation of platform services by contacting IC Unity through official communication channels.
7.2 Refunds associated with service cancellation will be processed in accordance with clauses 3 to 5 and remain subject to Compliance Review.
8. Right to Withhold, Reverse, or Adjust
8.1 IC Unity reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or adjust refunds where necessary to:
8.1.1 Comply with applicable regulatory or legal obligations.
8.1.2 Prevent, investigate, or mitigate financial crime, fraud, or platform abuse.
8.1.3 Protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of other clients.
9. Policy Amendments
9.1 IC Unity reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
9.2 Any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on www.icunity.com.
10. Governing Law
10.1 This Policy is governed by the laws applicable to IC Unity’s operational jurisdiction and is subject to regulatory oversight where applicable.
10.2 Clients agree to comply with all applicable regulations and IC Unity policies relating to trading, fund management, refunds, and withdrawals.
